Aaron Sanders, President |

Aaron Sanders was General Manager of New Business Development at Xerox Business Services (XBS), the $3 billion services division of Xerox Corporation prior to joining Advanz. Aaron was responsible for identifying new service offerings for new market segments and developing mechanisms to add value at XBS. He successfully managed the turnaround of a $40M business unit, taking it from a 15% growth rate and a $3M loss to a 55% growth rate and a $10M profit within 18 months. As a member of a divisional Operational Cost Excellence Team he was solely responsible for delivering $18M in profit improvement relative to plan in one single year, achieved through business process improvements and translating those processes to technology for effective and speedy implementation. His business experience of 20 years includes stints in product and process development, project management, operations, marketing, strategy, business development and technology management. Aaron has an in-depth understanding of business processes as it relates to value-creation in the enterprise and was granted US Patent 6,411,936 on an architecture for enterprise value enhancement. He is thoroughly familiar with CRM processes and was a senior member of the sales productivity team at Xerox responsible for delivering 20% productivity to the 3,000 strong sales force with process and technology improvements. He began his career at the Eastman Kodak Company and has since worked for small and mid-sized companies in different industries in the domestic as well as international markets. Aaron is a Chemical Engineer by background from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) and an MBA from the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester. |

Ondrej Fredrick, Vice President, Technology |

Ondrej Fredrick was Project Manager for database-driven web-designs in the Intranet Services Group at the Eastman Kodak Company in his last assignment. Ondrej's expertise lies in technology architecture and the management, development and deployment of transactional web sites and related applications. He was also engaged in providing e-commerce and e-marketing consulting solutions for small and medium size businesses earlier which has given him a unique business perspective. Among notable web-based solutions that Ondrej has been involved in conceptualizing and project managing are a web-based expense reporting and online expense management system for 30,000 domestic Kodak employees which resulted in cost-savings of $12M/year for the company. Other examples include the deployment of Kodak's web-based corporate travel reservation system with a user base of 15,000 travelers and the formulation and implementation of Kodak's single password/single sign-on intranet strategy. He is very familiar with ASP, Cold Fusion, SQL, PKI, LDAP, XML and other web technologies. Ondrej has over 15 years of experience and is an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Liberec in the Czech Republic and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. |

John is a skilled IT professional with more than twelve years experience in the technology field as well as having experience in manufacturing, real estate and the finance sectors. He served as the hands-on Manager of Information Systems at American Superconductor, a large manufacturing/engineering environment, and more recently as the Senior Director of Information Technology at a large Venture Capital firm in Boston, MA that managed over $1B. John has strong leadership, communication, technical, project management and organizational skills, and a proven ability to plan and implement information technology solutions for business problems. A BBA in Finance from the Univ. of Wisconsin, Madison and an MA in Business Organization, John is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Cisco Certified Professional. John is very familiar with business processes relating to the venture capital and private equity industry segment and has been assisting Advanz with Deal Director and other implementations. |

Bipul Sahay, Project Manager |

Bipul has extensive experience in implementation, configuration, and managing CRM systems. He has successfully implemented and managed several SugarCRM implementations for Advanz and is well versed with other CRM and database systems. He has prior experience with SAP and Peoplesoft, where he was involved with implementations and managing training. His skill set includes PHP, mySQL, Java and Oracle. Bipul is an MS in Computer Science with over 11 years of experience. |

Vasant is a result-oriented and highly experienced at leading techno-functional project teams. He is a qualified professional in supply chain management, finance, accounting, and computer science. An MS in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY with over 16 years of experience, Vasant has been involved in requirements analysis, design, development, implementation, and user training relating to software applications. He has an excellent understanding of supply chain management, financial applications, workflow and ecommerce systems. Vasant has architected technically challenging projects for clients such as Xerox and Oxford Health Plans, and has deep experience with customizing Oracle, Magento and other applications. |
